How to Set Up Audi connect®

When you make a purchase, your Audi Brand Specialist will activate Audi connect® at the dealership on your behalf. Should you ever need to know, you can set up Audi connect® with the following steps:

1. Make your way to the Audi website to create your myAudi connect® account. This step is required to activate Audi connect®. For this step, you’ll need your VIN for verification.
2. Some features require verification before use for added safety. For this, you’ll need to set up the “Key User” of the vehicle. To secure your Key User Agreement ID, you’ll need to follow the 5-step verification process.
3. For access to security-sensitive remote features, dealership authentication is mandated.
4. Finally, you’ll need to input your account information into the MMI® display of your vehicle. At this point, you’ll be prompted to enter your vehicle’s code as a way to confirm your registration. This code should have been attached to your keys at the time of purchase.
