We Love Happy Customers

We are writing this letter, which is probably similar to the letter we previously sent. The reason is quite obvious,because the excellent treatment we recently received was the same as in the past. The only difference is the change in some of the personnel.

We are again writing this letter to express our appreciation and thank those individuals we dealt with to complete the Lease of a 2020 Cadillac CT4 from Serra Cadillac in Traverse City, Michigan. In addition, we believe that the efforts of these individuals should be made known to their superiors.

We also Leased a 2016 Cadillac ATS from Serra Cadillac in Traverse City in October 2016, and a 2018 Cadillac ATS in September 2018. Both Lease transactions were handled with the same professionalism as our 2020 Lease.

Mike McFarlan and his staff on all occasions, treated us in a fashion that made us feel like they were truly appreciative that we were one of their valued customers, and they were going to do whatever was necessary to acquire and keep our business, which in fact they have obviously accomplished.

Six months before our 2018 Lease was to expire, we were contacted by Mike McFarlan and our salesman, James Scarbrough, who inquired regarding our intentions upon the completion of the 2018 Lease. They were very attentive and focused on accomplishing our requests. Thereafter, Mike and James called us on a regular basis to inform us on what vehicles were available. We know they worked diligently on our behalf and contacted us immediately when the exact vehicle we wanted became available.

The financial aspects were handled by Tasha Torrey, Business Manager, and this individual was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer several questions to our satisfaction.

Sean Brownell, Tech Specialist, was extremely thorough in explaining the various technical features of our car, and further has called on several occasions to follow-up and be of assistance. We truly appreciated this great customer service.

In the interest of trying to be brief, we can summarize using the same wording we did in our previous communications. All four (4) of these individuals went above and beyond what anyone could expect in order to satisfy a customer. All four (4) were sincere, patient, diligent, friendly and dedicated professionals whose goal was to serve and satisfy the customer. They are a true asset to the dealership and the Cadillac product. We were never pressured and it was a very relaxed atmosphere to do business.

You can be assured we will direct our friends and family to contact Mr. Scarbrough and Serra Traverse City to handle their car needs and we will be calling him first and hopefully last for our next car lease. We are really enjoying our 2020 Cadillac CT4. It is really a great car and we believe it is superior to the ATS, which was also an excellent vehicle!
