Sean Leach - Salesman - Serra of Traverse City - Just want to highly recommend Sean if you are in the market for a New or Used vehicle. I had been looking for a while for a good deal on a Honda Ridgeline. I found a great vehicle online at Serra of Traverse City and then scoped out the sales staff.... Sean had great reviews already so I sent him a cold inquiry about the vehicle. He quickly responded and personally checked the vehicle out for me. Sean sent a video of the truck and was totally honest and upfront about the vehicle. (It will need tires in the next few months before winter driving season). So I did some final research and found it was the lowest-priced, used Ridgeline in the Midwest. I called Sean a couple times with more questions and we settled on a deal for the truck (NART ). I was coming from another state for the vehicle so he turned me over to the F&I Business staff who were also easy to work with, got me a final Purchase Agreement and set up a date to get the vehicle. I flew into Traverse City Airport (which is right next to the dealerships) and Sean picked me up and drove me to the dealership to finish the paperwork and make payment. In less than 45 minutes, I was off and headed home in my new-to-me Honda Ridgeline! I highly recommend Sean Leach & Serra in Traverse City. Top notch in this business. = THANKS SEAN!
