Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Department with customer technology questions and concerns prior to purchase; preparing and inspecting the vehicle prior to delivery to ensure the vehicle is ready to deliver to the customer; setting a realistic expectation with the customer of the length of the delivery process and offering a delivery follow up visit; assist consumers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings; perform a detailed delivery to the consumer including a thorough explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and the recommended maintenance schedule; do a proper service introduction and schedule the first Service appointment; perform deliveries with customers to address and solve lingering functionality questions subsequent to the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction; update all the retailer customer contact points with current Point-of-Purchase material; utilize and maintain resources at the retailer to assist in technology related questions and provide information support to teammates; assist the Service Department with customer technology questions and concerns on the service drive; deliver an exceptional experience in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly with a smile; obtain customer and vehicle information; clearly report all vehicle symptoms and damage as described by the customer; prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts; establish a follow up time (under promise, over deliver); monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers appropriately; verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order; explain all completed work and charges to the customers.

Responsibilities

To inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. Execute basic care maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs. Quality control, including 100% fixed right first time, executing multi point inspections, cleaning vehicles, and test driving vehicles. Efficiency and ongoing training, including OEM and State Certifications.
