The settlement offer is the amount/terms that the insurance company is willing to pay on your accident claim. It’s important to remember that every situation is different – in situations of total loss, the settlement offer is typically fair but can occasionally be on the low side. If you feel your offer is low, research your claim – you may find examples of similar situations where the settlement offer was more!
